Policy

CHANGE A PRODUCT

Change Items must be returned within 10 working days with their original tags attached.

We cannot accept change on jewelry or swimwear where hygiene seal has been removed.

Finally, all changed products MUST be accompanied with the original receipt.

To change an item/s:

1. For exchanges, we recommend contacting our customer care team here to ensure the desired sizing is in stock and will be placed on hold until the change delivery.

3. Pack your items.

4. Choose your preferred delivery method for your return:

-FREE IN STORE CHANGES IN IL MIO BOUTIQUE

-ARRANGE YOUR CHANGE WITH A COURIER OF YOUR CHOICE (SENDER COST)

Refunds are accepted ONLY on faulty items.

All items that are included at the CLEARANCE section (items of previous collections) are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-CHANGE.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for changes, as mentioned at DELIVERY information section.

 

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

 

REFUND A PRODUCT

-Refunds are accepted ONLY on faulty items.

-Refunds if the product you ordered is out of stock.
