Your payment card data is used only for the said transaction (payment of the Products). We do not store the data related to Your card, therefore the next time You wish to pay by using the same card, You must enter Your card data again, unless you choose to save your card for future transactions.

DELIVERY COSTS
-Cyprus Mainland Shipping - €3 will be sent to the nearest ACS Courier point or Akis Express Courier point. Also Door to door via GENIKI Taxydromiki Courier.
-Shipping to Greece - €8 (door to door via GENIKI Taxydromiki Courier).
Store Pick Up -free orders made through the Store Pick Up service will be available for collection from the il Mio Boutique (Protara 1, 5288, Paralimni).
All orders must be paid prior to receipt and will be booked up to 5 business days.
Orders made before 1:00 m.m. they will be available for pickup from 3:30 m. m. same day.
DELIVERY TIME D
Delivery schedules depends on several factors and there may be delays not attributed to Us.
Please read below the conditions applicable in delays.
In the Order Form, you can choose either to have them delivered to you or collect the Products yourself .
Subject to any force majeure conditions or conditions for which we do not control, the followings apply:
Estimated product delivery:
Within Cyprus: 1-5 Business days
Within Greece: 2-7 Business days
The above time schedules may not be applicable in force majeure cases, which may affect the time of delivery.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE (For mainland orders within Cyprus)
Products are being delivered between:
Monday – Friday from 11:00a.m - 19:00pm
Saturday 11:00a.m - 15:00pm
DELIVERY DELAYS
We take all due care for the proper and due delivery of the Products; however, we cannot guarantee it in the below indicative cases (a) the Product has not been delivered to us due to unexpected delays or (b) due to force majeure cases, (c) the Product is in lack.
In such cases We will contact You to ask if you want to have the rest of the rest or to propose you an alternative or to inform you about the time of the delivery of the Product in question.
If you are not satisfied with our proposals, You have the right to cancel the Order partially or the as a whole and We will make you a refund.

CHANGE A PRODUCT
Change Items must be returned within 10 working days with their original tags attached.
We are unable to accept change on jewelry, swimwear where hygiene seal has been removed.
Finally, all changed products MUST be accompanied with the original receipt.
To change an item/s:
1. For exchanges, we recommend contacting our customer care team here to ensure the desired sizing is in stock and will be placed on hold until the change delivery.

-ARRANGE YOUR CHANGE WITH A COURIER OF YOUR CHOICE (SENDER COST)
Refunds are accepted ONLY on faulty items.
All items that are included at the CLEARANCE section (items of previous collections) are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-CHANGE.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for changes, as mentioned at DELIVERY information section.
CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
REFUND A PRODUCT
-Refunds are accepted ONLY on faulty items.
-Refunds if the product you ordered is out of stock.
Please see the tips below for keeping your items in changes condition:
SHOES :
Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface.
Always try on shoes on carpet.
Shoes boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE:
Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons.
Download not remove protective slip.
TOPS AND DRESSES:
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
